Will I have to sign to confirm my delivery?

Yes, you will have to sign a delivery form to confirm that the product(s) was shipped in the good condition.

In case, you’re not home when the package arrives-

If you’re not home the time your package arrives, our shipping partner will leave a notice at your doorstep. You’ll be notified of an alternative shipping or pick-up arrangement.

 In case, your items haven’t arrived-

We ensure all the orders placed with Fritzberg.com are shipped within the specified time period. Shipments generally take 7-10 days to reach at your location from the time of dispatch, however, in the case of festive rush, bulk orders or certain scenarios it can take up to 15 days or more. If, for any reason, our delivery partner cannot contact/ reach you, Fritzberg.com will provide you with the required instructions to pick up your product(s) directly from our shipping partner. In such conditions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and we will refund you the amount.

 How to change the shipping address after I have placed an order?

We encourage you to provide us with your correct Shipping Address. However, if you want to change or modify the Shipping Address, give us a call on +9320128056  (Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM). If the order is already delivered and cannot be re-routed to the new shipping location, Fritzberg.com reserves the right to cancel the order. In this scenario, we’ll deduct the two-way shipping charges. In case, an order is already delivered and our shipping partner agrees to re-route the shipment to a new location, an added charge of shipment will be borne by the customer. Kindly note – Only Prepaid Orders Are Eligible .
