Tracking order

We keep you updated with your order status via email/ SMS at every step. You can login to your Fritzberg.com account and check the status of your order. In case you are having trouble receiving email/ SMS or if you haven’t received any update regarding your status, please contact our Customer Support at support@Fritzberg.com or give us a call on  9320128056 (Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

An email is sent to your registered email id after the order is shipped containing the details of the service provider and tracking number. Enter the tracking number in the tracking box given on the site of the courier/ delivery service provider and check the exact transit location. You can get detailed information regarding your package through order status.
